This training manual is prepared on the basis of the Syllabus of the training module "Clinical seminars on the development of practical skills in criminal proceedings" and is intended for practical realization of knowledge in the field of criminal procedure, namely: work with legislative acts in the criminal process, interpretation of norms, electronic document flow in the prosecutor's office, inquiry and preliminary investigation, judicial bodies and the bar, as well as other issues related to the drafting of procedural documents such as a ruling, (private) of the court of law, and other issues related to the development of the criminal process. The textbook is also devoted to the issues of investigation, formation of prosecutorial-defense tactics and strategy of the most frequently committed crimes in our society, such as premeditated murder, premeditated bodily harm, theft, robbery, drug addiction, abuse of authority, crimes in the field of information technology.
