The primary material in this new edition of EC Legislation has been completely revised. New additions include the new inter-institutional budgetary agreement, the Council Decision on public access to Council Documents and the new Regulation 2842/98 on hearings. As usual other minor amendments and corrections have been made. This book has been compiled by Nigel Foster, Senior Lecturer in Law at Cardiff Law School. He has lectured in EC Law for many years and specialises in German Law. He is the author of German Legal System and Laws, Swot EC Law and Q&A EC Law, and is the editor of Blackstone's EC Legislation Handbook. He also contributes to the CCH Encyclopaedia of European Union Law. After spending a year as a Guest Professor at the University of Innsbruck he is completing a book on Austrian Law.
