Die Arbeit entspricht im Wesentlichen der Fassung, die bereits im Fe- bruar 2015 abgeschlossen und zur Begutachtung vorgelegt wurde. Im Zu- ge der Einarbeitung der Entscheidung „Google Shopping" der Europäischen Kommission vom 27. Juni 2017 (AT.39740) wurden für die Druckfassung Gesetzgebung, Rechtsprechung, Kommissionspraxis und Literatur bis 2019 berücksichtigt.
