Qo‘llanma tilning tarixiy rivojlanish bosqichlari, qadimgi turkiy adabiy til, eski o‘zbek adabiy tili va hozirgi o‘zbek adabiy tilining shakllanishi masalalarini qamrab oladi. Shuningdek, o‘zbek tilining rivojlanishidagi lingvistik va ekstralingvistik omillar tahlil qilinadi.
