Multidimensional Inverse and Ill-Posed Problems for Differential Equations

The problem of determining differential equations by information on solutions of these equations is called the inverse problem for differential equations. Examples o f these kin d o f problems ar e th e well-know n Sturm-Liouvill e problems. Man y importan t applicatio n problem s connecte d t o elasti c displacement, electromagnetic oscillation, diffuse and other processes in nature and society lead to inverse problems.
