Kazang fonksiyonlarinin econometrik analizi

Bu çalışmada Kırgızistan için kantil regresyon modelleri kullanılarak genel olarak çalışanların ücret yapılarının ortaya konulması amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmada kullanılan modellerde Mincer kazanç fonksiyonları dikkate alınarak, Bişkek'te çalışanlara uygulanan anket verileri ile kadın-erkek ve kamu- özel sektör ücret farklılıkları incelenmektedir. Bu sayede eğitim ve tecrübenin getirilerinin ücretler üzerindeki etkisi ortaya konulmaktadır. Çalışmanın en önemli özelliği bildiğimiz kadarı ile Kırgızistan için bu konuda yapılan ilk ekonometrik çalışma olmasıdır. Bu özelliğı nedeni ile bu çalışıma gelecekte birçok araştırma için önder olacak ve ekonomik kararların alınmasında yol gösterebilecek birçok çalışmaya da ışık tutacaktır.
