The study of the legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity is an urgent need for both a lawyer working in the field of economic activity, and for an entrepreneur who has his own business, a manager, the head of a commercial organization, and, perhaps, for any citizen in a market economy. The structure of the textbook and its individual chapters allows us to convey to the reader the most complex legal material in a strict logical sequence, revealing the mechanism of legal regulation as a whole: from general, but extremely important issues of the concept of entrepreneurship, business law to specific types of entrepreneurial activity, ways to protect the rights of entrepreneurs.
