Erbguth Wilfried,Das Lehrbuch wurde für die 11. Auflage grundlegend überarbeitet und auf den Stand von August 2022 gebracht. Einbezogen wurden u.a. Neuerungen aus dem Bereich der Digitalisierung und des Klimaschutzes sowie die aktuelle Rechtsprechung. Auch der Einfluss der Coronapandemie sowie der Energiekrise auf das Verwaltungsrecht werden an den entsprechenden Stellen behandelt. Ferner werden die Einwirkungen des Unionsrechts auf das deutsche Verwaltungs- und Prozessrecht dargestellt. Neben den Grundzügen des Verwaltungsprozessrechts werden die Bezüge des allgemeinen zum besonderen Verwaltungsrecht herausgestellt. Die entsprechenden Darstellungen erfolgen problemorientiert an den für Ausbildung und Praxis relevanten Stellen. Klein gedruckte Exkurse ermöglichen eine Vertiefung des Stoffes, was für Examenskandidaten von besonderem Interesse ist.
