Дарсликда Маъмурий ҳуқуқ ва процесс фани предмети доирасига кирувчи мавзулар ёритилган. Унда Ўзбекистон Республикаси норматив- ҳуқуқий ҳужжатларига 2020 йил 1 майгача киритилган ўзгартиш ва қўшимчалар эътиборга олинган. Дарсликда маъмурий ҳуқуқ тармоғи ва давлат бошқаруви органлари фаолиятини изоҳлаш масаласига доктринал ёндашилиб, уларга оммавий ва хусусий ҳуқуқ субъектлари сифатида қараш нуқтаи назаридан ёндашилган. Шу тариқа давлат органларининг халқ манфаатларига хизмат қилиш принципини ифодалашга уринилди. ва Ўқувчи ушбу дарслик орқали Ўзбекистондаги мавжуд давлат бошқаруви органлари вазифаларини, жисмоний ва юридик шахсларга кўрсатадиган асосий давлат тизимини, уларнинг асосий функция хизматлари турлари ҳамда уларнинг моҳиятини тизимли равишда ва тезда тушуниб олиши мумкин.

Theory and practice in Assessment Literacy

Assessing EAP: Theory and practice in Assessment Literacy provides EAP educators with a series of practical and accessible tools to assist in the process of developing and interpreting EAP tests and assessments. Assessing EAP is designed with busy EAP professionals in mind and can either be followed as a complete course, or used where necessary to focus on particular areas of the EAP testing and assessment process. Assessing EAP seeks to build a transferable framework of skills which will enhance the Assessment Literacy of educators responsible for creating EAP tests and assessments in a range of different contexts. The book contains 15 chapters, underpinned by research, and backed up with a list of recommended further reading.
